By subscribing to the platform you accept the privacy policy relating to the activities carried out within the ERASMUS PLUS project, a European project formed by the following partnership: Per Formare srl (leader), Entropy KN, Italian Executives Association, STEP Institute, FACE, University of Zaragoza, Odunpazarı District National Education Directorate, Inercia Digital. The project is entitled "HIATUS" and represents an opportunity to train teachers and students in the use of a Moodle training platform useful for the achievement of transversal skills related to critical thinking, logical thinking and the methodology of service design thinking, to ensure a rapprochement between School and the world of work. The aim of this project is to optimize, through network technologies, the teaching activity and the development of design, critical and logical thinking skills related to service design thinking, through the use of specific applications.
MOODLE applications allow you to create a virtual space where:
1. publish teaching materials in multiple representations;
1. administer group activities;
2. create virtual collaboration spaces;
3. developing, planning and managing different types of evaluation activities;
4. manage teacher-student and student-to-student communications;
5. stimulate collaborative learning, teamwork and knowledge exchange
The partnership of the HIATUS project will be authorized to use free of charge the name, surname, email address, place of residence, portraits/filming and audio/video recordings, as well as the processing of personal data, even in partial and/or modified or adapted form, of his/her aforementioned minor child (of his/her own if of age), for institutional, cultural, educational purposes and for the Institute's dissemination and communication activities in relation to the HIATUS project code no. 2021-1-IT02-KA220-SCH-000034506 funded by Erasmus+, as part of collaborative partnerships for school education. In any case, any use of the portrait that may cause damage to the honour, reputation or decorum of the person portrayed, filmed or recorded is excluded. In detail, the data useful for the creation of accounts on the moodle platform https://elearning.hiatusproject.eu/ managed by the partnership of the aforementioned project will be processed.
The conditions of use include:
• the ownership of the data remains with the user, with total protection and privacy;
• the absence of advertising;
• the system is managed by school administrators and the HIATUS project partnership who can regulate the use of the services, and, the individual course is managed by a teacher who oversees all activities, therefore the student operates in a protected and controlled environment.
In order to use these applications, each user (teacher or learner, the latter through the teacher) will have to ask the administrators for access credentials to the platform by providing: name, surname and e-mail address, place of residence. These data, acquired following the request for registration on the Moodle platform, which is at the Internet address https://elearning.hiatusproject.eu/, will be used exclusively to allow users to use the distance learning service organized by the teachers in the sole and exclusive context of the HIATUS project, any refusal to provide them makes it impossible to provide the service.
Pursuant to GDPR no. 679 of 2016, of the Privacy Code, as amended and amended, with Legislative Decree no. 101 of 2018, it is necessary, since these are information society services, to provide adequate information and acquire consent.
It is also declared to substantially and procedurally indemnify the HIATUS project partnership and to hold it harmless from any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense, including legal fees, deriving from claims or disputes by third parties, relating to the right to use the Materials by the aforementioned institution under this authorization.

Log Files
HIATUS platform follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering detailed user interaction activity with the platform.
Children's Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
HIATUS platform does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
Online Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in HIATUS platform. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.
